I usually don't play favorites when it comes to PaF episodes (because they're all awesome, right?), but this is the absolute best episode in PaF history, in my opinion. To start off, it was the very first full episode I saw. It was also the episode that got me hooked in to the series. The jokes were hilarious. I was practically on the floor laughing. This episode gave me true, genuine laughs. Funniest parts? Well, where do I start... Lawrence forgetting his anniversary, Love on the Run, the Love Handel video, seeing the band currently, Perry and Doof working together (I knew that they were enemies before), the list goes on. You get the idea. Now, onto the songs. The songs were incredible. They blew me away the first time I heard them. They were catchy, they were funny, they were creative, but most of all, they meant something. The lyrics mean something. They tell a story, unlike other songs today (he blew up your phone? Huh? What does that even mean?). "You Snuck Your Way Right Into My Heart" and "Ain't Got Rhythm" are easily in my top 5 favorite songs. Most of all, the episode was heartwarming. I still well up every time I watch this episode. Doof's attempt to throw his daughter a birthday party (and Perry helping) was really cute. The concert had to be the most heartwarming scene, though. Very few shows today can make you laugh and cry simultaneously, but this show (and this episode) is an exception. Dan and Swampy definitely hit it out of the park in creating this episode.
